The CEO is Martin Meister, who is also in charge of Engineering. Jana Jauslin (Head of Finance and HR) and Claudio Palazzi (Head of Sales & Marketing) are the other members of the senior management team. Walter Sahli is the president of the Board of Directors.

Ekko-Meister AG was formed in 2017 with the merger of Ekko Technik AG, founded in 1954, and Hans Meister AG, founded in 1946. Both companies share a long history of producing thrust bearings, complex stamped and bent parts, as well as stamping tools.
