Our Thrust Bearing Variants
You can choose washers in two different sizes and from different materials like Inox or 100Cr6, so you get the optimal bearing for your project. The basis are the ISO standards DIN ISO 76 and DIN ISO 281.
The customer is responsible for the final assembly and lubrication, but we can help you choose the optimal lubricant for your application.
Our engineering service can also assist you with lifetime testing and validations.
Our compact bearing is a closed assembly. This means you only have to order and store one item, which you then install with one simple movement.
Our single direction compact bearings for axial loads are designed according to customer requirements. You have the choice between different materials like Inox or 100Cr6. Your compact bearing is then manufactured, assembled, greased (lifetime lubrication) and 100% tested by us. This gives you a maintenance-free axial bearing that, thanks to its compact design, fits perfectly into tight spaces.
We can advise you on the selection of the optimum lubricant for your application. The basis for this is the ISO standards DIN ISO 76 and DIN ISO 281.
Our single direction needle roller bearings can support high axial loads. Depending on your application, needle rollers or cylindrical rollers are possible. We also offer different sizes and materials for the bearing disc and the rollers (e.g. Inox, 100Cr6).
Just like our other thrust bearings, these needle roller bearings are custom-made! You can choose between our classic or compact design. Together, we can also work out the optimal lubrication for your application. All bearings according to DIN ISO 76 and DIN ISO 281.
Roller bearing components such as ball cages, ribbon and snap cages, shaft and housing washers, as well as needle thrust bearings can also be bought separately. They are available in various materials, such as brass, plastic, 100CR6 steel, or stainless steel.
