A. Subject of data protection

C. Purpose of ekkomeister.com Profile
You have the possibility to create and edit your own ekkomeister.com profile on the website. The ekkomeister.com profile enables you to simplify the execution of article orders, product configurations and the use of further services such as download of CAD data and product information, requesting information and receiving further offers, information and services from Ekko-Meister AG.

Ekko-Meister AG principally does not pass on personal customer data to third parties. This does not apply to data (e.g. personal data, non-personal data and information) which is processed with software solutions (e.g. CRM, Google e.a.) in accordance with the purposes stated in the privacy policy and to data transferred to third party companies for the transport of the goods ordered by you (see lit. E. hereafter).
G. Marketing and analysis activities
For this purpose Ekko-Meister AG processes your personal data collected during registration and use of the ekkomeister.com profile for marketing and analysis activities. Within the scope of marketing and analysis activities Ekko-Meister AG can, for example, send you offers for Ekko-Meister AG products and services that are the same or similar to those you have previously purchased or used. N. Live Chat
Ekko-Meister AG offers you on ekkomeister.com an online customer advice in form of a live chat. During a chat the Ekko-Meister AG employees see your details of the Ekko-Meister AG website (collected via a cookie of this tool), which helps him to support you. Furthermore, the employees have access to the Ekko-Meister AG CRM +ERP database system (e.g. database with orders, purchase orders, invoices, etc.) and can check certain data on your behalf.
O. Satisfaction surveys
After completion of a business activity Ekko-Meister AG can ask you to participate in customer satisfaction surveys.

P. Delivery and transport of goods
For the transport of the goods ordered by you, we usually commission third party companies. In order to register a transport order, we provide these third parties with personal contact data (name, first name, address, e-mail address and telephone number) so that they know where the goods have to be delivered to and to whom they have to contact for delivery.

For technical reasons, the following data, which your Internet browser transmits to us or to our web space provider, are recorded (so-called server log files):

On our site we offer you the possibility to contact us by e-mail. In this case, the information provided by the user will be recorded and preserved in the CRM software for the purpose of processing his contact (see lit. E. above).
S. Use of Google Maps
We use on this site the application “Google Maps” of the company Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter “Google”. T. Use of Google Analytics

V. Publication of job advertisements / online job applications
Your application data will be collected and processed electronically by us for the purpose of handling the application procedure. If your application is followed by the conclusion of a contract of employment, your transmitted data will be stored by us in your personnel file for the purpose of the usual organisational and administrative process in compliance with the relevant legal regulations. If your job application is rejected, the data you transmitted will be deleted automatically two months after the rejection is announced. This does not apply if longer storage is necessary due to legal requirements (e.g. the duty of proof under the General Equal Treatment Act) or if you have expressly consented to longer storage in our database of interested parties.
W. Right to information
Our customers always have the possibility to request information about:

– the origin of this data
– the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data are disclosed, as well as the purpose and the duration of storage.
X. Deletion and blocking
We delete personal data that is processed for our own purposes as soon as knowledge of it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was stored. You have the right to have this data corrected and, if necessary, deleted at any time, provided that this does not contradict any legal standards.
Y. Technical and organisational measures
We undertake to take the technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure the implementation of the regulations on data protection, provided that the effort involved is in reasonable proportion to the intended protection purpose. When communicating by e-mail, we cannot guarantee complete data security, so that we recommend that you send confidential information by post or telephone contact.
Z. Changes to the guidelines
EKKO-MEISTER AG reserves the right to amend or supplement these guidelines at any time. EKKO-MEISTER AG may use personal user data for new, unforeseen purposes that were not previously disclosed in these guidelines. If the data protection practices of EKKO-MEISTER AG change, EKKO-MEISTER AG will publish the policy changes on our website and notify the users by stating the date of the last update of the data protection policy.
