Do You Need Plastic Parts or Metal Hybrids?
PLASTIC PARTS: Quality is important and so you can typically choose between engineering and high-performance plastics. We manufacture your parts in both simple and complex designs according to your requirements.
A few examples are housing parts, plug connections, ball cages for ball bearings, or geared parts.
HYBRID PARTS: Combining metal and plastic creates particularly powerful components. Typical metal components we use for hybrids include rotationally symmetric parts or various stamped parts.
Hybrid parts can, for example, be found in electrical contacts or in mechatronics such as actuators. In cooperation with our high-precision stamping department, we can produce hybrid parts completely in-house.

How Do We Make Your Plastic Injection Parts?
Our plastic injection molding machines have a clamping force of up to 100 tons and are fully equipped. Including modern, articulated robots that easily master even complex motion sequences.
One great option for hybrid parts is to combine the different components directly on the machine.
But we can also manufacture the plastic and metal parts separately. In this case, we then assemble the components in semi- or fully-automated steps.
The best method depends on your application, quantity requirements, and the final product.
