Product Range Metal Stamped Parts
Using pressures of up to 51 tonnes, we manufacture stamped parts between 0.05 and 4 mm thickness with either progressive, forming or compound dies, depending on the material and requirements.
You can choose from a wide selection of metals such as
- DC01 steel
- Ferromagnetic Mu-metal or permenorm
- Stainless steel
- Beryllium copper
- Titanium
This variety ensures you get the perfect material for your project’s needs. For your surface finishing, you have a range of options from nickel plating to gold plating. Common heat treating and secondary operations like deburring, blasting, and cleaning are standard.

Hybrid parts: Combining metal and plastic creates particularly powerful components. Typical metal components for hybrids include rotationally symmetric parts or various stamped parts.
Hybrid parts can be used in electrical contacts or in mechatronics such as actuators. Thanks to our in-house plastic injection molding department, we can produce hybrid parts completely in-house. This means, you get everything from one source.

Innovative process technologies
We design and build our tooling ourselves and employ innovative process technologies for the variable production of stamped and formed parts from steel strip.
In combination with our special tooling technology, we can produce complete families of products for you using basic tools with custom attachments. Depending on your specifications, our manufacturing processes can combine stamping, forming and deep-drawing.
Maximum production efficiency
For maximum production efficiency, our engineering service carries out feasibility studies to define
- all production steps and their order
- which material is to be used
- what tolerances are required
This enables us to carry out high-volume series production, but also to produce smaller quantities of a few thousand parts.
Depending on the parts geometry and tool design, our machines can operate at up to 1,000 strokes per minute, making series production very cost-effective.
Large production quantities of 100 million metal stamped parts per year are not unusual, medium quantities of between 20 and 30 million parts are the norm.
Depending on your material and geometry specifications, we can produce quantities starting from just a few thousand parts. We have a very cost-effective production capability for small production runs.
